Sure, cow manure is good for the earth. But not in huge, overwhelming quantities! This is pretty easy to wrap your head around if you imagine how many cows would naturally exist on earth if no one was factory farming. Obviously there are many, many more due to the animal industry. Imagine, huge groupings of cattle in enclosed environments. Imagine how much waste they create. Where does it go? What about fish farms, where each fish has about the amount of water in one bathtub to spend its whole life? Fish poop too. And where does that all go?
