Seriously, sweet diaper. But don't judge. Of all the many ways yoga rocks, Uddiyana Bandha and Nauli are the two exercises that most noticeably help digestion, at least in my experience...and probably this guy's.
Uddiyana Bandha is a crazy looking way of creating a vacuum in your gut. It feels airtight like a tupperware that you just burped. You can release and contract slow or fast, however you like it. Nauli is a churning motion that happens once you become BFF with Uddiyana Bandha.
So get your belly naked and go crazy! Wait, no, actually this is something you want to ask a yoga instructor about and make sure it's right for you (ie you aren't pregnant or having a stroke at the moment, etc.) Check it out:
